Why we built EPIC

When I started in real estate, I learned most things the hard way. I had a license, a phone, and a lot of hope, but very few people I could call when a deal went sideways or a month went quiet. That isolation is what EPIC was built to end.
Don and I wanted a place where agents could get real coaching, honest answers, and friends who understand this work. Not a sales pitch, not a crowded group chat, but a community where people actually show up for each other week after week.
